Tom Weiler

Service. Leadership. Common Sense.

Tom Weiler’s story starts in Morris, Minnesota, where his parents were born and raised. After college, they married and their family began a life of service when Tom’s father joined the U.S. Navy as a pilot. Tom was born during these Navy years, but Minnesota was always home: summers on his grandparents’ farm, time at the family cabin, and countless games of football, baseball, and basketball shaped his character and deep love for this state. Tom served for 20 years in the U.S. Navy as a submarine officer and on the Pentagon staff.
